This has become my favourite book on meditation. I read it earlier in the year when it came out and now going through it for the second time. Initially introduced to Emily Fletcher and her style of meditation from a google talk "Why Meditation is the New Caffeine". Catchy title and I totally recommend the talk!

I became fascinated with the concept of meditating for peak performance and clarity. Stress Less, Accomplish more takes a deep dive into all the reasons to / benefits of having a consistent mediation practice, it clarifies the definition of mindfulness and meditation and shares many stories. The second part of the book goes into Emily Fletchers meditation technique. In essence, this meditation practice aims for people to get better at life and not at meditation. For anyone who has ever thought that they are doing meditation wrong this book will give you a new confidence to persist in the practice.
