“Readers of Liane Moriarty, Paula Hawkins, and Ruth Ware will love.” —Library Journal (starred review)

“Jewell’s novel explores the space between going missing and being lost….how the plots intersect and finally collide is one of the great thrills of reading Jewell’s book. She ratchets up the tension masterfully, and her writing is lively.” —The New York Times

In the windswept British seaside town of Ridinghouse Bay, single mom Alice Lake finds a man sitting on a beach outside her house. He has no name, no jacket, and no idea how he got there. Against her better judgment, she invites him inside.

Meanwhile, in a suburb of London, newlywed Lily Monrose grows anxious when her husband fails to return home from work one night. Soon, she receives even worse news: according to the police, the man she married never even existed.

Twenty-three years earlier, Gray and Kirsty Ross are teenagers on a summer holiday with their parents. The annual trip to Ridinghouse Bay is uneventful, until an enigmatic young man starts paying extra attention to Kirsty. Something about him makes Gray uncomfortable—and it’s not just because he’s a protective older brother.

Who is the man on the beach? Where is Lily’s missing husband? And what ever happened to the man who made such a lasting and disturbing impression on Gray?

“A mystery with substance” (Kirkus Reviews), I Found You is a delicious collision course of a novel, filled with the believable characters, stunning writing, and “surprising revelations all the way up to the ending” (Booklist) that make the New York Times bestselling author of Then She Was Gone Lisa Jewell so beloved by audiences on both sides of the Atlantic.

This is an excellent novel. It keeps you guessing until the last page. Characters well developed and believable.

I always enjoy Lisa Jewell's books. Although the ending of this one wasn't quite as twisted as some of her other books, I did enjoy the story.

Fans of twisty mysteries will find the three intertwined stories compelling.

Not bad. I read it quickly. Not predictable. I like the way she writes from different people's perspectives. Those are my favourite type of reads. This was from 3 different perspectives. It was a bit cold/depressing and the characters could have had some more development. This is my second book by Lisa. I enjoy her books enough to want to keep reading them but they could be improved.

I enjoy this author's writing style and stories and this one was no exception. Good characters that you become invested in. Enjoyable story.

I have fallen in love with Lisa Jewell! This book was a non-stop thrill-ride that kept you guessing all the way to the end. I couldn't put it down. The story-telling and the mystery of who the guy is kept me on my toes until the very last page! I'm going to read every book that she writes!

I thought "I Found You" was a fascinating and fast read; part mystery and part romance. This book was definitely character driven and I liked the authors writing style. The story begins with Alice finding a man sitting on the beach near her home; he has an obvious loss of memory and once she befriends him the story begins. Her daughter calls him Frank which becomes his assumed name. Alice places herself and her family at risk by allowing Frank to use the detached shed behind her home much to the disgust of her friend. The story unravels as Frank begins to get his memory back.

Great story. Interesting, highly believable characters and unpredictable plotline, though the plot leaned toward depressing at times (which is why I gave 4 not 5 stars). I will be checking out more by this author.

I got this book from the Book Bingo at our library and was really hoping to have found a good gem. This book is just ok. It was very predictable to me and even with the parts that were not, I found that they were written very simplistically. Very simply written.
