If you haven't heard of ketogenics, then you're missing out.
The writer of this book also has a Facebook support group for people who are on the diet and she's genuinely concerned with health for everyone.
As a diet, going keto can support a lot of different lifestyle and chronic problems like IBS, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and chronic fatigue. It might not be a miracle cure, but it helps the body to start fighting it's own battles and return to a state of health again.
